The Strawberry Cafe is a small, popular place that serves all sorts of snacks and sweets. Due to the slightly small size of the cafe, not many work there. Only a small handful.

Though there is not much on the menu, one can ask for a specific item upon request, and it wil be added to the menu.

Trying to get things ready, Daisuke was in the back room, unpacking the sweets that would be served at the grand opening of the cafe. Having so many boxes to open, the redhead's eyes widened when he noticed that the boxes piled all the way to the ceiling.

"You're got to be kidding me." The Niwa boy groaned.

Jiyuu chuckled and ruffled the other's hair. He then picked up two of the boxes on a stack and took them inside the cafe.

"You are so silly, yet its so kawaii~ Don't worry, I can handle these along with Kazu's help!" He said, giggling as he put the boxes down and saw a sweatdrop go down Kazu's head.

"Why do I have to do your slave work when I obviously don't work here?" Kazu replied, pouting at Jiyuu. "I'd rather be out stealing stuff than this crap.. hmph!" He added on, pouting more.

"Because I think you should take some time off of that and help me out for once! I would really appreciate it, ya know." Jiyuu nodded in reply.

Kazu rolled his eyes and decided to help his hikari take in the boxes.

"I could have gotten them, Jiyuu," Daisuke replied, but then pouted as the other called him kawaii. "and I'm NOT kawaii!" He said as he crossed his arms and pouted.

As that was going on, a certain phantom thief wandered about the cafe, overhearing the conversation. "Kazuo, you know that I'm the better thief. You should give up at this point and leave it to me." Dark said with a smirk was he rested against the wall as With rested casualy on his shoulder.

"Nawww, its fine. And yesh you are~" Jiyuu replied winking.

"I already know that... besides Im not fully one anyway. Im more of a karate kid. And give up on what?" Kazu replied, twitching slightly and kept taking in boxes inside the cafe.

"N-no!" Daisuke said with a darkish red blush as he tried carrying a few boxes inside.

"I was teasing you, Kazuo," Dark stated as he took some of the boxes the other was carrying. "You can take things too seriously at times. Just relax."

"Let me take those for you." The bluenette said, smiling gently as he took the boxes in for the other.

"I don't like to be teased and I sure as heck don't like it when people tell me to give up on something. I find it rude and it brings my esteem down." Kazu replied, twitching more and took in more boxes and shook his head. "Oh well, dun worry about it, though. It's dead and over with. I'm not in the mood for a sad day, especially today since the new cafe opened up!"

"I said I can carry those, Jiyuu-san! Lemme carry them in since you've gotten a lot of boxes in already." Daisuke told the other as he took the boxes from him.

"That's not what I meant," The thief said with a slight sigh. "I never said to give up literally. I meant that since I am the berrer thief, you should take it easy. Besides, with that jackass that wants to kill you on the loose, I don't want him near you at all. That's what I meant, Kazu. I didn't mean it like that."

As Dark and Daisuke were setting up, Shunichi was in the process of making a few sweets. Yet, since he was trying to keep track of so many, the oven ended up blowing up on him. As id did, he flew back slightly, hitting the wall.

"Ow. I need to keep better track of the timing of the different cakes then..."

"Fineeee." Jiyuu said and gave him the boxes.

"Eh? Well, just word it differently next time. You coulda just told me that. But, just remember, he can fool anyone with his shapeshifting, almost anyone, actually." Kazu replied nervously, taking in more boxes and shook his head to get rid of the thought of Xavier going after him.

"Hey, you ok?!" Fubuki called out as he caught Shuu before he hit the wall.

The door squeaks open as a man in a purple suit walks in. He removes his hat and coat and sets them on the coat tree by the door. His paper white complexion and large red grin gain him no looks in the empty resturant. He walks to a seat by the window and sits down with out a word said. He sits waiting, checking his watch he asks himself, " jeez is this joint even open?"

After hearing the door squeak, the darker bluenette went to check on what it was. His bangs flung to the right side, covering his right eye, his hair made up of a navy blue with light blue highlights. Taking notice of the first customer, he went over to the table with a menu and silverware wrapped with a napkin. He laid the silverware down and handed the man the menu.

"Take your time ordering, sir. Would you like something to drink in the meantime?" Kazu asked the man politely while Jiyuu and the others were bringing in boxes and other stuff.

He steightens his tie and began to thumb through the drink section. "a large coffee would be nice." he said with a grin as he pondered which entre to order.

"All right, I shall be back." The bluenette said, going to get a large mug while making a pot of coffee. After a few minutes, Kazu grabbed a freshly made pot of coffee then headed back to the table. He sat the large cup on the table, poured some coffee, then sat the rest of the coffee within the coffee pot onto the table.

"Have you thought of what you wanted to eat, sir or do you need a few more minutes?" He asked while pulling out a small notepad.

"hmmm, i guess i'll have a bowl of the soup of the day and some creppes, you pick the topping because i cant decide which sounds better." he says with a grin. " oh and would you happen to have a copy of the gotham times? The machine was out and i try to stay current on events?"

"All right, sir, that's fine, and yes, we do, if that's a newpaper? There's some newspapers over there on the rack." He replied as he went to make the soup of the day and creppes. He then waited a few minutes for everything to get done.

Grey walked along the block wearing his Black and grey uniformed jacket with metal shoulder pads and a G.U.N insignia on the front of the jacket. As he approached the shop he glanced at the sign and smiled. " I haven't seen one of these places in awhile " he casulally opened the door not looking around and sat and one of the nearby chairs next to the window.

He propped his katana on his chair while picking up a menu

"wonderful, yes its a news paper." he cheerily chimes.
